Synopsis: The developer of artificial intelligence Kiryu Kosuke has been highly recognized by the world and he received a heroic welcome as he returned to his home country Japan.  AI collects all the information and data from human beings. Ultimately, AI covers every field, including the medical field, finance, and security. The public starts to have a strong reliance on  AI with full trust. The medical AI system was designed to help people, but the system starts to select valueless human beings and kill them in mass. The artificial intelligence system loses its control out of the blue. Kosuke Kiryu’s NOZOMI system begins to judge the survival value of human beings from their tax records, genetics, annual income, medical records, etc. AI goes amok and plans massacre of valueless human beings.  In other words, AI begins to kill humans who are deemed to have little value. Thus, police officer Sakuraba identifies Kiryu as a terrorist …..
