[消息] 你知道我是誰嗎？ 來看看專家怎麼面對憤怒的旅客

這個故事很妙，這個小姐的處理方式也是值得大家學習的...

有一天一個United Airline的飛機延誤了，所以大家排隊等著重新劃位

由於事出突然，而且只有一位小姐在處理，所以大家等的都火冒三丈

突然間，有個乘客衝上前，把機票甩在櫃檯上面，大聲咆嘯說：我一定要搭這班飛機，而且你一定要給我頭等艙的位置...

小姐聽完之後還是淡淡的說，我們還有很多人排隊等著處理，我們會盡量幫忙想辦法的...

這個客人聽了更氣憤，接著更氣更大聲的說：

「 你知道我是誰嗎？！」



這個小姐聽完之後，拿起廣播用的麥克風說道：

「大家請注意...」

「在14號登機門的地方，有一位旅客忘記他是誰了，請認識他的人，快來14號登機門指認，謝謝」

這時候所有在現場的人全部笑翻了...

這個客人覺得凹不過，最後還是罵了一聲「Fxxk You...」

小姐聽完之後還是很和氣微笑的說：「對～你還是得跟他們一樣，一起排隊才行...」


這個故事告訴我們，要解決問題，用罵的絕對沒什麼幫助

好好說，絕對會有更好的解決方法...

THIS IS A KEEPER!!!!

It happened at a New York Airport. This is hilarious. I wish I had the guts of this girl. An award should go to the United Airlines gate agent in New York for being smart and funny, while making her point, when confronted with a passenger who probably deserved to fly as cargo. For all of you out there who have had to deal with an irate customer, this one is for you.

A crowded United Airlines flight was canceled. A single agent was re-booking a long line of inconvenienced travelers.

Suddenly, an angry passenger pushed his way to the desk. He slapped his ticket on the counter and said, "I HAVE to be on this flight and it has to be FIRST CLASS."

The agent replied, "I'm sorry, sir. I'll be happy to try to help you, but I've got to help these folks first; and then I'm
sure we'll be able to work something out."

The passenger was unimpressed. He asked loudly, so that the passengers behind him could hear, "DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA WHO I AM?"

Without hesitating, the agent smiled and grabbed her public address microphone. "May I have your attention, please?", she began, her voice heard clearly throughout the terminal. "We have a passenger here at Gate 14 WHO DOES NOT KNOW WHO HE IS. If anyone can help him with his identity, please come to Gate 14".

With the folks behind him in line laughing hysterically, the man glared at the United Airlines agent, gritted his teeth, and said, "F*** You!"

Without flinching, she smiled and said, "I'm sorry sir, you'll have to get in line for that, too."

Life isn't about how to survive the storm, but how to dance in the rain.
