• Make matches over all the Gold Tiles on each level to level up.

• Fixed purple blocks prevent Charms from falling down.

• Each game board has a UNIQUE LAYOUT of purple blocks and Gold Tiles.

• These blocks create empty spaces as your matches are removed.

mamakaykay - Actually, there is no design flaw on those levels. What you might not be aware of is that you can slide a Charm into an empty column to fill up those spaces and it doesn't need to make a match. Try it out, and please consider updating your review now that you know this new trick! Thanks!
