檸檬磅蛋糕食譜 ，小小的秘訣就是要用手搓出檸檬香氣。一想到檸檬磅蛋糕上頭甜滋滋的檸檬糖霜，口水都快要流出來，想了想乾脆自己動手做一個吧！整體而言這個食譜不會太困難，刨檸檬皮的時候要小心，搓檸檬皮的時候要有點耐心，照著步驟走你就會得到一個甜滋滋的檸檬磅蛋糕。

檸檬磅蛋糕材料 Ingredients of Lemon Pound Cake

材料：
7吋 蛋糕模

a. 蛋糕本體
糖…150g
蛋…3個
檸檬汁…1匙
檸檬皮…2個
泡打粉…1茶匙
鹽…1/2茶匙
低筋麵粉…200g
無鹽奶油…200g
動物性鮮奶油…150ml

b. 表面糖霜
糖粉…100g
檸檬汁…15ml
檸檬皮…1個

Ingredients of Lemon Pound Cake
7 inch cake pan.
a.
150g Sugar
3ea Eggs
1tbsp Lemon Juice
2ea Lemon Zest
1tsp Baking Powder
1/2tsp Salt
200g Cake Flour
200g Unsalted Butter
150ml Heavy Cream Whipper
b.
100g Icing Sugar
15ml Lemon Juice
1ea Lemon Zest

檸檬磅蛋糕做法 Lemon Pound Cake Recipe

先拿一個盆子加入150克的糖，並且刨入兩顆檸檬皮；接著用手搓一搓，讓糖沾滿檸檬皮的香氣。

Take a bowl, and add 150g sugar in it. Then, zest 2 lemons into the bowl. Mix the sugar with lemon zest.

加入三顆全蛋並且攪拌均勻，再加入檸檬汁、鹽巴及鮮奶油，攪拌均勻。。

Add 3 eggs and mix well. Then, add lemon juice, salt, and heavy cream whipper into it and mix well.

接著加入過篩後的泡打粉及低筋麵粉（分批加入），攪拌均勻。

再加入融化後的無鹽奶油，攪拌均勻。

Mix well with sifted baking powder and cake flour, then add melted unsalted butter and mix well.

把混合好的麵糊倒入蛋糕模中。

表面抹平後，放入已預熱烤箱170C，烤45分鐘（烤30分鐘的時候可以拿出來畫刀，這個步驟可有可無）。

Add the batter into a cake pan. Baking in a preheat oven, 170C, 45 minutes.

蛋糕出爐後脫模放涼，這時候可以來準備檸檬糖霜。

Wait the cake cool and we can make lemon glaze now.

檸檬糖霜：混合糖粉、檸檬皮及檸檬汁。

Lemon Glaze: Mix well icing Sugar with lemon zest and lemon juice.

接著把檸檬糖霜倒到蛋糕上頭即可。

Pour the lemon glaze icing over the cake.

這樣子檸檬磅蛋糕就可以上桌囉～
