抹茶巧克力餅乾材料 Ingredients of Matcha Chocolate Cookies

材料：
無鹽奶油…120g
糖粉…60g
蛋液…20g
低筋麵粉…210g
抹茶粉…6g
可可粉…4g

Ingredients of Matcha Chocolate Cookies
120g Unsalted Butter
60g Powdered sugar
20g Egg
210g Cake Flour
6g Matcha Powder
4g Cocoa Powder

抹茶巧克力餅乾做法 Matcha Chocolate Cookies Recipe

無鹽奶油室溫融化後放入盆中，再加入糖粉後攪拌均勻。

再加入蛋液並且攪拌至完全吸收，最後加入過篩後的低筋麵粉攪拌均勻。

Put the soft unsalted butter into a bowl, and mix well with powdered sugar. Then, add egg liquid and mix well. Finally, add sifted cake flour and also mix well.

將混合好的餅乾麵團秤出總重量，分成1/2，1/4，1/4的麵團。

1/2的麵團加入2克抹茶粉（酪梨肉），1/4的麵團加入4克抹茶粉（酪梨皮），1/4的麵團加入4克巧克力粉（酪梨核），並且混合均勻。

Separate the cookie dough into 1/2, 1/4, 1/4 small dough. Mix well 1/2 small dough with 2g Matcha powder. Mix well 1/4 small dough with 4g Matcha powder. Mix well 1/4 small dough with 4g cocoa powder.

把可可麵團滾成圓柱狀，另外兩個抹茶麵團放入烘焙紙並且桿平（兩個麵團一樣大小）。

Roll the cocoa cookie dough. Then, put the matcha cookie dough on a parchment, and flatten the dough.

接著把三個麵團組合起來整形，再用保鮮膜包起放入冷凍30分鐘，冰過之後比較好切。

Put the three cookie dough together, then froze for 30 minutes.

30分鐘後取出麵團並切片。

再放入已預熱烤箱170C烤25分鐘。

Slice the cookie dough and baking in a preheat oven, 170C, 25 minutes.

這樣子抹茶巧克力餅乾就完成囉～
