在《Change》專輯宣布復出後，Justin Bieber 也正一步一步的從過去的錯誤中，慢慢爬起，並努力成為另一個更好的人，而這從他近期的作品，如：〈Holy〉、〈Lonely〉等歌中都可以看出他對自己的過去是多後悔又多痛心。而在 2020 年休息過後，他也正式宣布全新專輯《 Justice》的發行，並希望透過這張專輯帶著大家一起面對社會上的不公、不義還有人生的低潮與痛苦。

Justin Bieber – Hold On 歌曲故事：

在〈Hold On〉歌曲發行的前導直播中，Justin Bieber 說到：「這首歌其實就是關於『堅持下去』這件事情。我們人生有很多想要放棄的時候，但我希望給大家一個勇氣跟希望，讓大家能夠堅持下去。」

MV 在說的故事則是一位男友為了自己得癌症的女友去搶銀行以支付醫療費用，然而在搶銀行的時候，Justin 卻因此被警察開槍，但他仍用盡生命的力氣跑到女友的病榻前，並躺臥在她身邊，給予最後的祝福。

雖然搶銀行這件事情不對，但我想 Justin Bieber 想透過這樣的畫面呈現出「我永遠在你身旁」這件事情，不論要我做什麼，我都會支持著你走到最後，與你共度一生。從另一個角度來看，搶銀行這件事情也可以呼應到他過去人生所遭遇的種種及做錯的所有事情，但最終他其實目的是良善、沒有惡意的，雖不求別人原諒，但也希望別人能知道「事出有因」。
