〈if this is the last time〉 這首歌是獻給最愛的家人，感嘆著時光飛逝，卻沒有好好珍惜與家人一起度過的每分每秒，道出心中最深的歉意，決定要毫無保留把愛獻給爸媽，並將每次與家人相處的時光都當成是最後一次。另外，在編曲上主歌相對安靜緩慢，只以吉他作為主背景，在第二段副歌後才加入電吉他。筆者特別喜歡 Bridge 那兩句後的設計，在輕輕地訴說懇求後，加入鼓聲表達情感的宣洩，整體的情緒堆疊恰到好處，實在是超級動人的！
